My Home Management Program is designed for out-of-town home owners. In the Charleston, SC area there are over 17,000 homeowners that leave their homes vacant for a long period of time. Many leave their permanent residence to vacation at their second home. While others come to Charleston to enjoy their Vacation Homes. Both need a local representative to inspect and maintain their investments when they are away.
During my Home watch inspections I find many issues that need to be addressed. A ceiling leak, plumbing issues and HVAC repairs are just a few examples. But, today I found something quite unique during an inspection. the below picture is an old birds nest. It was covered by the grill cover. The weird thing about this find is that if you look closely you see snake skin. Could these be snake eggs?
